Type 3R Rainproof Hinge Cover Enclosures
Description
C & I Enclosures Type 3R Rainproof Hinge Cover Enclosures are UL Listed for outdoor use to provide a degree of protection against windblown dust and windblown rain; undamaged by the formation of ice on the enclosure.
Construction
Fabricated in accordance with U.L. specifications from code gauge material. The enclosures are provided with a continuous hinge and a key locking wing knob (CI-KLWN). A drip shield along the top protects from falling rain, snow, or sleet. External mounting feet are provided along with 5/16-18 full thread studs for mounting optional plywood back panels.
Material / Finish
Provided with an ANSI 61 gray polyester powdercoating inside and out over paint grip galvanized steel.
